Could You Be Suffering From Bipolar Depression

There are three categories of bipolar depression cases. The first one being, "Bipolar I disorder". This category allows you to experience at least one manic episode with or without any previous episodes of depression while the second category, "Bipolar II disorder", ensures that the patient at least experiences one episode of depression and at least one episode of a manic situation. The last category is referred to as the Cyclothymia category and is often a mild form of bipolar depression. When you have this form of bipolar disorder, the elevated moods together with the depressed moods are usually not intensely experienced.
